- Account information: Name, email address, and authentication data provided through Clerk.
- Session data: The conversations you have with our advisory agent, including problem descriptions, context you provide, and generated recommendations.
- Billing information: Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but not your payment card details.
- Usage data: Credit usage, session activity, and basic analytics to improve the service.
- Voice recordings: If you use voice input, audio is sent to OpenAI for transcription. We do not store audio recordings after transcription.

- To provide and improve our advisory service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To generate advisory reports and recommendations
- To communicate with you about your account

3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Clerk: Authentication and identity management

- Anthropic (Claude): AI-powered advisory conversations
- OpenAI (Whisper): Voice transcription
- Sentry: Error monitoring and performance tracking
- Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure
Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
4. Data Retention
Your session data and advisory reports are retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. Session data is scoped to your account. Other users cannot access your advisory sessions.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Export your advisory reports (PDF or clipboard)
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time
- Opt out of non-essential communications

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
