Welcome to Learnytics. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Learnytics provides AI-powered performance advisory tools that help learning and development professionals diagnose performance problems and determine appropriate interventions. Our recommendations are advisory in nature and should be considered alongside your professional judgment.
You must create an account to use Learnytics. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Credits are included with your monthly subscription and are consumed when you start advisory sessions. Unused credits roll over from month to month, up to a cap of twice your plan's monthly allotment.
You agree to use Learnytics only for its intended purpose: performance analysis and advisory. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide during advisory sessions.
Advisory reports and recommendations generated for you are yours to use. The Learnytics platform, methodology, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
Learnytics provides advisory recommendations, not guarantees. Implementation outcomes depend on your specific context and execution. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription payments are non-refundable.
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. This permanently removes all your data, including session history and advisory reports. Active subscriptions are canceled upon account deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
